GP Practice Staff Survey: Exploring Access, Communication and Teamwork in Primary Care

Healthwatch Cornwall is conducting a new research project to better understand GP access, communication and trust in multidisciplinary teams across Cornwall. This study also explores how digital triage systems are affecting patient experiences and frontline practice.

We are inviting all staff working in GP practices, including medical, nursing, allied health, administrative and support roles, to take part in a short online survey. Your insights will help us build a more accurate picture of how primary care is experienced and delivered across the county.

The findings will contribute to a public report with practical and balanced recommendations aimed at improving access and communication in general practice. We are also working with system partners and professional bodies to ensure the voices of primary care teams are reflected in shaping future services.

If you do not work on a GP practice but would like to share your thoughts and experiences on GP services in Cornwall, please complete our seperate public survey here.

We welcome your views. Please take a few minutes to share your experiences and suggestions by completing the survey below.
