John collates and validates all the feedback we receive, so that we can accurately report the views expressed to us from physical events in Cornwall and from online sources including our web forms, surveys and social media.

Theo Kalu, Performance and Insight Officer - Power BI Analyst
Theo supports our team by turning data into clear, actionable insights. With experience in Power BI and digital tools, he helps us keep information accurate, accessible, and easy to understand. His work includes running and maintaining reports, handling data entry and updates, optimising reporting processes, coding data effectively, and ensuring our digital systems run smoothly.
Partnership Boards
Robert O'Leary, Partnership Boards Lived Experience Officer
Robert is responsible for coordinating and managing the Partnership Boards in liaison with the individual group chairs and key stakeholders for each board. Robert facilitates the development of the groups’ strategies and plans, organises regular meetings, ensures actions are progressed and seeks to ensure diverse representation from across each target group.

Jay Thompson, Partnership Board Administrator
As our Partnership Board Administrator, Jay plays a key role in supporting the partnership boards. With a blend of administrative and marketing duties, Jay creates content for social media, flyers and other outreach materials for the partnership boards, as well as assisting with coordination of meetings, attendance and minute taking.

Enter and View
Dr Nigel Oakes, Enter and View Officer
Conducts visits to healthcare services, gathering community perspectives to assess care quality. Engages with patients and staff, reports findings and informs stakeholders to enhance health and social care services.
