Dare you take our #TaskMas Christmas charity challenge?

Inspired by the hilarious Taskmaster TV show you have
12 days and 12 festive-inspired tasks to attempt.

Do one or do them all to raise money for Carrick Mind and its  mental health support project for students onsite at Falmouth University and across Cornwall by email or phone.

For every task attempted and shared as our guide below, £1* will be added to the charity kitty.

You could even be the winner of our “thank you for taking part” prize draw.

Here’s how to take part:

Choose a task from the list below (click the image for a larger version):

(Or download the #TaskMas list of tasks: #TaskMas Task List)

Feel free to devise your own #TaskMas task too

Follow @healthwatchcornwall + @MindCharity on Instagram and post a new photo/video of you attempting a task.

Include the hashtag #TaskMas + #CarrickMind and tag @healthwatchcornwall + @MindCharity in the caption.

Have fun, stay safe and good luck.

Contest closes midnight on Dec 12. A winner will be randomly selected from all entries and contacted via social media by Dec 14.

You can share your pics/video via our Facebook or Twitter pages too – ( tag us @HWCornwall on these) – just follow the instructions as above.

And if sign-up to our Thunderclap before Dec 6, you will help us to spread the word even more.

To understand why mental health support is important for students (as everyone), watch this BBC documentary (you will need a TV licence to view).

By taking part and sharing your photo/video you agree that it may be used in any subsequent Healthwatch Cornwall marketing/publicity materials, including in association with Carrick Mind. If under 18, parental/guardian permission will be sought for image use in future marketing material and acceptance of prize if the winner.
Prize winner will be chosen at random and contacted by December 14. The cash prize can be collected from our Truro office (by Dec 21) or sent out as a postal order with next day delivery (if it does not arrive in time for Christmas, Healthwatch Cornwall cannot be held responsible).
